We're good friends and have been living for around 2 years in our WG. Our Roommate Alexandra is moving, and we are searching for someone awesome to replace her starting June 1st. The new lease would begin on December 1st. Therefore the months of June-November will be sublet. If everything goes well, you will have the option to stay and be added to the new lease!

We live in an awesome flat right near Alexanderplatz. We often hang out together in the living room, which has a view of the Fernsehturm. Your room is near the bathroom and the entrance of the flat. It has a big window that faces north-west and provides a view of a lovely courtyard filled with trees. It's nice and quiet at night!

The place is fully furnished. There's 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower & washing machine, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and Microwave. 1 living room, and 1 hallway with storage.

Wir sind gute Freunde und wohnen seit ca. 2 Jahren in dieser WG. Unsere Mitbewohnerin Alexandra zieht um wo wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner/in sind. Das zimmer steht ab dem 1. Juni zur Verfügung. Der neue allgemeine Mietvertrag würde am 1. Dezember beginnen. Daher werden die Monate Juni-November eine Untervermietung sein. Wenn alles gut geht, haben Sie die Möglichkeit zu bleiben und in den neuen Mietvertrag aufgenommen zu werden!

Wir wohnen in einer tollen Wohnung direkt am Alexanderplatz. Wir chillen öftens zusammen im Wohnzimmer mit einem tollen Blick richtung Fernsehturm. Ihr Zimmer liegt an die andere Seite. Es hat ein großes Fenster, das nach Nordwesten zeigt und den Blick auf einen schönen Innenhof mit Bäumen freigibt. Nachts ist es schön ruhig!

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche & Waschmaschine, 1 Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Mikrowelle 1 Wohnzimmer und einen Abstellraum im Flur.

EN: Alexanderplatz is only a 3-minute walk away. Great connections to anywhere you want by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram, bus, etc. There are supermarkets nearby as well (Netto & Edeka).

DE: Alexanderplatz ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt tolle Anbindung mit U- und S-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus, etc. Auch Supermärkte (Netto & Edeka) befinden sich in der Nähe.


Flatshare / WG-Leben:
EN: We're not just searching for a flatmate, but a friend as well! Pre-corona we liked going to bars and having friends over to play Karaoke or play games every once in a while. We sometimes watch movies and series, but no pressure to join. Alex would often use the living room for her hula-hoop course as well.

We want a responsible flatmate, who will participate in keeping the place nice and clean and who will be quiet enough on weeknights, as we are professionals with a full-time job :)
