The loft:
If you are looking for something special, you have found it.
In this loft you will experience a spectacular feeling of freedom: the wide living room with numerous windows measures 106 m²! From here you can access a 27 m² terrace facing the south-west.

Living in the middle of Berlin, centrally located in the old Kreuzberg SO36, with all the amenities of the capital, but quietly overlooking the trees and the roofs.
With the many windows, the rooms are full of light, from the open kitchen to the dining space and the lounge area, all elegantly combined. Although the concept is to live in one open space, the structure of the building allows for additional separate rooms to be build. The ceiling height is approx. 2.67m.

The white, fully equipped kitchen (with steam oven, traditional oven, dishwasher and fridge and freezer) is separated from the dining room by a bar with stools where friend can gather for drinks. The lounge area has of course fireplace.

A special feature is the terrace: 27m² south facing overlooking the trees in the courtyard. An ideal place to have dinner with friends or just relax, in the middle of the city!

Design and luxury are two main elements of this loft: a bathroom with tub, shower and double washbasin can be accessed through a double door of stained glass. High quality fittings and green-grey natural stone complete the surroundings. The guest toilet room is equipped in a similar way.

A big bedroom (32m²) has an adjacent walk-in closet that allows for comfortable storage.

More storage space is available, like the special niche for the washing and drying machines. A practical pantry and a very spacious cellar are also part of the apartment.

The whole loft has a oak parquet floor. Walls are painted white.

A lift brings you directly from the front door (or without stairs via the courtyard) to the apartment. The door-intercom system is equipped with a camera.

The owners are ready to pass the perfectly adapted furniture to the acquirer.

The condominium:
In 1993 the Telephone and Telegraph Construction company (Richard Bosse and C°) stopped using the industrial buildings from the Art Nouveau period, located between the Paul-Lincke-Ufer and the Reichenbergerstrasse.
In 2005 the whole compound was completely renovated and expanded with newly build parts.
To keep the industrial aspect the brick walls were cleaned and kept. In the old production halls apartments and small and medium enterprises were created.

Professor Martha Schwarz (prof Landscape Architecture at Harvard) designed the inside patios and courtyards with artworks thematizing less-known tales of the brothers Grimm.

The owner community maintains a doorman service (opened very day from 7 to 22). There you can collect your deliveries or your dry-clean.
